7 things that have increased my profit by 25%

In January, I read  Craig Andrews’s book Make Sales Magical. Little did I know it would transform aspects of my business. I had to have  Craig on the Stories With Traction Podcast to share his concepts. Here are some of the points that we talked about…

1) ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ณ๐—ณ๐—ฒ๐—ฒ ๐——๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ ๐—ฆ๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ด๐˜†  โ˜•๏ธ: Forget the hard sell. Start with a small, irresistible offer that builds trust before asking for that big commitment. It's like asking for coffee, not marriage.

2) ๐——๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ ๐—ฉ๐—ฎ๐—น๐˜‚๐—ฒ  ๐Ÿ’ช: Give them way more than they expect. You know, like when a restaurant gives you a free dessert just because. Who wouldn't come back for that?

3) ๐—™๐—ถ๐—น๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜ ๐—–๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€  ๐Ÿšซ: Some clients are just not worth it. Be like a nightclub bouncer—only let in the ones who aren't going to trash the place.

4) ๐——๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฏ๐—น๐—ฒ๐˜€ ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐—ข๐—ณ๐—ณ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€  ๐Ÿ“ฆ: Structure your offers with 4-5 mini-deliverables. It keeps things interesting and shows you're serious about providing value. Think of it as a tasting menu before the main course.

5) ๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ฏ๐—น๐—ฒ๐—บ-๐—ฆ๐—ผ๐—น๐˜‚๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—”๐—ฝ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ต  ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ: Address a problem, solve it, then offer a solution to the next problem you just created (in a good way, of course). It's like a Russian nesting doll of value.

6) ๐—œ๐—บ๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฒ ๐—ผ๐—ณ ๐——๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€ โšก๏ธ: If they can't decide on a small offer, how will they handle the big stuff? Decisive clients are your best friends.

7) ๐—ฆ๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ณ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐— ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐˜๐˜€ ๐Ÿง : Help your prospects visualize success with you in their corner. It's like having a GPS for business growth.
