The speaker's vulnerability, storytelling, and authenticity quickly earned a spot as one of the best TEDx talks I've ever listened to. 
 
That's why I was so excited to do this podcast episode. My guest, Mike Thorne, is the speaker in that TEDx talk! 
 
Mike Thorne wears many hats: Founder and Managing Partner of Trust Inside, mentor at the Maine Center for Entrepreneurs, Chairman of the board of the National Council for Adoption, and Vistage Chair, where he coaches numerous CEOs to become better leaders.
 
In this episode, we explore why every leader has some form of an inferiority complex and discuss strategies for addressing it.
