Don't give it 100%

It's a lie and could hurt your business. 
 
Here is what I mean...
 
When people say, ”give it 100%, ” what they are saying is ”give it your all,” but you can't do that all the time.
 
We experience periods of high productivity and creativity throughout the day, which occur in spurts. 
 
For instance, my high productivity time is 7 am - 11 am, 2 pm - 4 pm, and 8 pm - 10 pm.
 
The rest of the gaps are my creative time. 
 
If I focused on 100% effort during my creative time, it would stiffen my creativity. 
 
By understanding the difference between your productive time and creative time, your business will skyrocket. 🚀
 
Don't strive for 100% effort; instead, focus on results and strike a balance between grit and creativity.
