If it takes vomiting to experience victory, hand me a bucket.

When I played high school football, we were terrible.
New coach came in and changed everything.

"You might not be the most skilled," he said,
"but you will be the most conditioned."

So he ran us.
Hard.
Every practice ended when someone puked.

He told us, "This sucks now, but when you're on that field, no one will outlast you."
He was right.
By mid-season, we weren't the biggest team, or the fastest…
But we had stamina.
And no one could keep up.

Years later, I learned the same principle applies on LinkedIn.
When I started writing content, it was brutal.
I didn't know what would land.
I didn't know how to write with clarity or punch.
I just knew I had to keep showing up.

2,000+ hours of writing later…
Things changed.
Opportunities came.
Business grew.
Not because I was the most talented.
But because I trained for it.
👉 Stamina wins.

The same way it did back on that muddy field.

So if you're just starting out, keep posting.
If you're mid-journey, keep iterating.
If you're tired rest, then hit "post" anyway.

Because consistent action compounds.
And in the end, it's not about skill.
It's about staying in the game long enough to win.
