Standing outside the garage where Apple started felt surreal.
A small, ordinary structure…
…but the birthplace of one of the most extraordinary companies the world has ever seen.
Steve Jobs. Steve Wozniak. A vision. A few tools. And a ridiculous level of belief.
From this modest garage, they launched a company that would reinvent technology, design, communication, and culture.
And here’s what hit me as I stood there:
-You don’t need fancy.
-You need clarity and courage.
That garage wasn’t special.
But the thinking inside it was.
Here are 3 quick reminders for all of us building something today:
-Start before it looks impressive.
-Protect the dream in its fragile stage.
-Your first space isn’t your forever space.
Don’t let where you are now limit where you believe you can go.
The Apple garage is a symbol, but it’s also a mirror.
Every great business starts somewhere.
Sometimes, that “somewhere” is right where you're standing.
