Today is “Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day.”

I don’t think it should just be one day.

I’m constantly sharing my business goals with my sons and daughter.

I make them part of the process.

Not only do they get excited about being involved, but my kids learn important business skills that they’ll be able to utilize for the rest of their lives.


P.S. Plus, all of them have given me great feedback over the years that's radically helped me. I'd be a fool not to include them.
